How Can I Invest My Time, Talent, and Treasure?

Most of Neighborhood Homework House’s donations are from regular people, like you, who understand that even a small investment can be a game changer for Azusa students. They are not waiting until they strike it rich, land their dream job or get that big break to invest in NHH --- THEY ARE DOING IT NOW.
BECOME A CORE CLUB MEMBER

Join a community of like-minded donors who demonstrate their commitment to Azusa families by giving monthly. At present, there are 47 passionate, faithful people whose average monthly gift is $115 per month.

Sign up to be an academic mentor! As a mentor, you will have a tremendous impact on the academic, social, and spiritual development of a child/youth. Your weekly interactions during the academic school year will give them a reason to believe in themselves and pursue their education, making a powerful, lifelong imprint on their hearts and minds. Between September and May, we need tutors who can provide small group homework assistance to the same students one to two times each week (2 hour sessions). Tutors choose tutoring sessions based on their availability and desired age group.
We also have several other opportunities for those that can only volunteer for brief periods of time or only during certain seasons.
